this conceptual body of work developed over the last five years in his Paris Atelier -- where he painted over 133 canvases -- surrounded by seven impressive bay "Wndows" -- his stained glass style emergied by chance in the spring of '25 while painting his "hommage" series of monumental abstractions -- 7000 miles away from Paris on the tropical Hawaiian island of Maui

early works were painted over ten years at Vulcan Studios in his Artist's Garret in Oakland California -- this body of work -- mixedmedia on canvas -- document his metamorphiasis from Photographer to Painter

JaZ is an emerging Abstract Painter -- he splits his time living summers in Paris France and winters in Hawaii -- his art is featured in private collections across the United States and Europe -- JaZ studied art in Minnesota at Macalester College and earned his BFA Degree in from the University of Minnesota
